Wie lautet die Rückgabebestimmung?
Wir akzeptieren Rücksendungen innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf.
Voraussetzungen für eine Rückgabe:
- Das Produkt muss unbenutzt und im Originalzustand sein.
- Falls es in einem Kunststoffbeutel geliefert wurde, muss dieser versiegelt und ungeöffnet sein.
- Falls das Produkt über ein Sicherheitssiegel oder einen Verschluss am Flaschendeckel verfügt, muss dieses unversehrt und ungeöffnet sein.
Rückversand
Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägt der Kunde. Die Produkte müssen an die von uns angegebene Rücksendeadresse gesendet werden.
Sobald der zurückgesendete Artikel bei uns eingegangen und geprüft wurde, wird eine genehmigte Rückerstattung – soweit möglich – über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode abgewickelt.
Ablauf der Rückgabe:
- Kontaktieren Sie uns über unsere Kontaktseite. Bitte geben Sie Ihre Bestellnummer (z. B. #LOFRIX0000 (2026)), den Grund der Rückgabe sowie ggf. Bilder bei beschädigten Artikeln an.
- Wir senden Ihnen ein Rücksendeformular zu. Bitte rechnen Sie mit bis zu 3 Werktagen, da alle Anfragen manuell bearbeitet werden.
- Nach Prüfung Ihrer Anfrage erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit weiteren Informationen, einschließlich der Rücksendeadresse.
Bei Rücksendungen aufgrund von Meinungsänderung oder falsch bestellten Produkten erhalten Kunden eine Rückerstattung von 80 %. Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde, da alle Produkte vor dem Versand sorgfältig geprüft und ordnungsgemäß verpackt werden.
Wann erhalte ich meine Bestellung?
Wir bemühen uns, Ihre Bestellung so schnell wie möglich zu versenden, und versenden – sofern möglich – noch am selben Tag. Bestellungen, die nach 17:00 Uhr eingehen, werden am folgenden Tag bearbeitet und versendet.
Sobald Ihre Bestellung versandt wurde, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail-Bestätigung mit Sendungsverfolgungsinformationen, damit Sie Ihre Lieferung nachverfolgen können.
Unsere Standardversandmethode ist Royal Mail Tracked 48, die in der Regel innerhalb von 2 Werktagen nach Versandzustellt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieser Service nur für Bestellungen unter 5 Litern und/oder 30 kg verfügbar ist.
Bestellungen, die diese Grenzen überschreiten, können zusätzliche Versandkosten verursachen. In einigen Fällen werden Bestellungen über 5 Liter oder 30 kg in mehrere Sendungen aufgeteilt und separat geliefert.
