We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
If supplied in a plastic bag, the bag must remain sealed and unopened.
If the product has a safety seal or lock on the bottle lid, the seal must remain intact and unopened.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Products must be sent to the return address provided by our business.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

You can contact us directly through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number (e.g. #LOFRIX0000 (2026)), the reason for your return, and any relevant images if the item is damaged.
We will send you a returns form to complete. Please allow up to 3 business days for this, as all requests are processed manually and require the relevant information to be reviewed.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will email you with further details, including the return shipping address.

For orders returned due to a change of mind or incorrect product selection, customers are eligible for an 80% refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as all products are quality inspected and correctly packaged prior to dispatch.
