Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, with most orders shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed and dispatched the following day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Our standard shipping method is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2 working days after dispatch. This service is available for orders under 5 litres and 30 kg.

Orders exceeding these limits may incur additional shipping charges and, in some cases, may be split into multiple shipments for delivery.

For barrels or IBC containers, orders will be fulfilled by a courier of our choice, with free shipping included.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the items in your order. The exact cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
