Dyno Challenge Guarantee
If you choose to independently dyno test your vehicle before and after using Lofrix and no measurable improvement is shown, we'll refund the product.
At Lofrix, our goal is simple: reduce engine friction, improve efficiency and performance, lower emissions, and help reduce running costs.
We are confident in our technology. If Lofrix does not improve your vehicle's performance, we'll refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and a £5 packaging fee), provided the conditions below are met.
In testing, we recorded measurable improvements after using Lofrix:

- Engine Torque: +2.15%
- Wheel Power: +2.70%
These results were achieved on an already highly efficient production vehicle, demonstrating that even modern engines can benefit from reduced friction.

Refund Requirements
To qualify for a refund, please provide:
1. Independent Dyno Results
A before-and-after dyno test carried out by the same dyno operator.
- The before test must be completed prior to adding Lofrix.
- The after test must be completed after the qualifying period.
- Results must include the dyno operator's details.
- A copy of both dyno test results must be emailed directly to the nominated email address provided by Lofrix.
- All results must be submitted in their original, unaltered format.
2. Correct Application
Lofrix must be added exactly as instructed.
- Dosage must be 1–2% of the engine oil capacity.
- Incorrect dosage or application may invalidate the guarantee.
3. Usage Period
The product must have been in use for:
- At least 7 days, and
- At least 200 miles (320 km) of driving.
Please provide a photograph of the odometer showing the mileage before and after.
Please note: Lofrix requires time in service to form its protective layer on metal surfaces. The longer it remains in use, the greater the opportunity for full surface coverage and treatment.
4. Vehicle Condition
The vehicle must be mechanically sound.
The guarantee does not apply to vehicles with known engine faults, warning lights relating to engine performance, excessive oil contamination, or other mechanical issues that could influence dyno results.
5. Same Test Conditions
Both dyno tests should be carried out:
- On the same dyno.
- Using the same fuel type, E5.
- Under similar ambient conditions where reasonably possible.
- Without any other engine modifications between tests.
Additional conditions
- The refund applies up to one 50ml bottle per vehicle.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The bottle must not be diluted or mixed with other oil additives.
- Lofrix reserves the right to verify submitted documentation.
- Refund covers the product price only (excluding fitting costs, dyno fees, shipping, taxes where applicable, and the stated packaging fee).
To assist with claim assessment and provide an enhanced customer service experience, customers are encouraged to record the application and testing process. Submission of video footage is optional but may help expedite the review of a claim.
How to Proceed with a Claim

Please allow up to 48–72 hours for a response. While we aim to answer all enquiries as quickly as possible, often on the same day, all emails are reviewed and responded to manually.
Once we receive your claim, we will respond as soon as possible and explain the next steps in the process.
To avoid delays, please ensure that you have all relevant information available and that you have met the conditions of the guarantee, as incomplete information or unmet requirements may affect the processing of your claim.

What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- If supplied in a plastic bag, the bag must remain sealed and unopened.
- If the product has a safety seal or lock on the bottle lid, the seal must remain intact and unopened.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Products must be sent to the return address provided by our business.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Return process options:
- You can contact us directly through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number (e.g. #LOFRIX0000 (2026)), the reason for your return, and any relevant images if the item is damaged.
- We will send you a returns form to complete. Please allow up to 3 business days for this, as all requests are processed manually and require the relevant information to be reviewed.
- Once your request has been reviewed, we will email you with further details, including the return shipping address.
For orders returned due to a change of mind or incorrect product selection, customers are eligible for an 80% refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as all products are quality inspected and correctly packaged prior to dispatch.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to dispatch your order as soon as possible and aim to ship all orders on the same day where possible. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed and shipped the following day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Our standard shipping method is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2 working days after dispatch. Please note that this service is only available for orders under 5 litres and/or 30 kg.
Orders exceeding these limits may require additional shipping charges to complete delivery. In some cases, orders that exceed 5 litres or 30 kg may be split into multiple shipments and delivered separately.
For barrels or IBC containers, orders will be fulfilled by a courier of our choice. These deliveries include free shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders with a total liquid volume exceeding 5 litres may be subject to higher shipping charges due to weight and handling requirements.
